Courtney joined the Long Capture team in July 2024 and quickly settled into her role, contributing her talents to the proposal team. She earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in English and a Master’s of Arts in Education from the University of Colorado Denver.
Courtney brings her talents of verbal and written proficiencies, various writing styles and techniques, teaching, editing, planning and communication skills to the Long Capture team.
At Long Capture, Courtney works as a proposal coordinator, applying her relational approach to communication to work hands-on with client proposals, ensuring that each is properly written, edited, and checked for compliance. She is a major contributor to many of the company’s successful proposals.
