Wes joined Long Capture in January of 2024, as a participant in the Skill bridge Fellowship program. After completing the fellowship in May 2024, he joined the team full-time as a valued Capture Strategist. Wes holds a master’s degree in human relations from Oklahoma University.
Prior to joining long capture, Wes served over 20 years in the United States Air Force as an Air Battle Manager aboard the AWACS and also as an Air Liaison Officer with the TACP career field, and later Chief of Wing Innovation. Through this experience, he developed essential skills in team collaboration as well as a strong work ethic.
At Long Capture, Wes applies these vital skill and experience as a Capture Strategist, working hands-on with clients to get to know their unique company, technology, and goals. He works to develop unique strategies for each company to help them pursue the best avenues for federal funding. His unique skill and experience are key contributors to Long Capture’s overall success!
