Andreina Hampton

Andreina joined the Long Capture team in June 2026, bringing more than six years of experience in federal grants and contracts management across academia, government-funded research institutions, and the startup ecosystem. Her background spans managing complex funding portfolios, supporting government growth initiatives, and helping organizations navigate the intersection of innovation and federal funding opportunities. Throughout her career, Andreina has developed a reputation for building strong stakeholder relationships and creating strategic pathways for sustainable growth.

Andreina earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Florida. She has managed multi-million-dollar government grant and contract portfolios at leading research institutions including UCLA and Caltech, where she supported groundbreaking research initiatives and complex funding programs. Most recently, she led government growth strategy for an education technology startup, helping develop and execute strategies to expand public-sector opportunities and build a robust funding pipeline.

She brings strong analytical and strategic thinking to the Long Capture team, with a unique ability to translate complex requirements into actionable insights. Her experience working with diverse stakeholders across academia, government, and industry has strengthened her collaborative and client-focused approach. Andreina is passionate about helping organizations identify opportunities, navigate challenges, and position themselves for long-term success in the federal marketplace.
