She is also meticulous in fact‑checking, maintaining accuracy and credibility across all proposal content. Known for her deadline management and calm performance under pressure, Kahindo excels at managing fast-paced proposal environments, including last‑minute edits and on-time submissions.
Prior to joining Long Capture, Kahindo worked as a News Producer at WAVY‑TV 10 in Norfolk, Virginia, where she led editorial production under tight deadlines and high visibility. Her newsroom experience sharpened her ability to synthesize information quickly, manage competing priorities, and deliver polished content in time-sensitive situations.
Kahindo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunication Media Studies and Spanish from Texas A&M University, as well as a Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and Public Affairs from American University. Her combined academic training and professional experience enable her to support capture teams with strategic messaging, clarity, and precision throughout the proposal lifecycle.
