
Michael joined the Long Capture team in May 2026. He brings a diverse background spanning military leadership, contracting, operations, and business and data analysis. Prior to joining Long Capture, Michael served in the United States Air Force for 20 years, building experience across aircraft maintenance, contracting, and leadership roles. Throughout his career, he has led teams, managed contracts, supported mission-critical requirements, and successfully navigated high-pressure environments that demanded strong communication, accountability, and strategic problem-solving.
Michael holds three Associate Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Avionics Technology, Contracts Management, and Human Resources. He also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Strayer University, graduating summa cum laude, and a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics from American Military University. His combination of operational experience and advanced education provides a strong foundation in leadership, acquisition, business operations, analytics, and process improvement.
