Sara joined the Long Capture team in October 2019 and has since helped to grow and orchestrate a dynamic team and culture within the company. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies from Colorado State University.
Sara brings a passion for supporting employees and enjoys the constant variety that administrative work brings. She has 15 years of administration experience, a majority of which have been spent working with small businesses.
As Administrative Officer at Long Capture, Sara leads the Human Resources, Administration, and Accounting functions with a focus on operational excellence, team development, and strategic efficiency. She plays a vital role in shaping the company’s high-performance remote culture, driving scalable systems, and ensuring alignment between people, processes, and business goals.
